Mustajab is an entrepreneur and expert in data science and strategic finance with a focus on healthcare innovation and investment management. With a Master’s in Business Analytics from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor’s in Accounting & Finance from IBA Karachi, he combines academic excellence with practical insights.
As Chief Strategy Officer at Byonyks, Mustajab secured angel funding and led a pre-launch campaign enrolling 1,500 patients across 14 U.S. clinics in three months. At Invency, he managed a diverse investment portfolio, optimizing revenue streams and turning profits for a logistics startup.

Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer of Ehsas Home Health, Zara Surani brings extensive clinical and leadership experience spanning over a decade in healthcare. She holds a Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Chamberlain School of Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The Aga Khan University. Her diverse experience includes critical roles at prestigious institutions like Medical City Plano, Saint Joseph Hospital Chicago, and Emory University Hospital Midtown, where she demonstrated expertise in both ICU and Medical/Surgical units/Zara’s comprehensive skill set encompasses clinical data analysis, patient care management, and leadership in various healthcare settings.
Director of Nursing
As the Director of Nursing for Ehsas Home Health, Dr. Erum Qureshi brings 15 years of healthcare experience and a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree to her role. Her expertise spans diabetes management, chronic disease care, and culturally competent patient education. Dr. Qureshi’s commitment to addressing health disparities has led her to pursue additional training in traditional and alternative healing methods. With a background in global medical missions and volunteer work, she is passionate about delivering holistic, interdisciplinary care. Umer is results-driven Solution Architect with over 8 years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional cloud programs in data engineering, data governance, and AI-driven video analytics. Skilled in architecting and optimizing video classification pipelines and real-time object detection systems, Umer brings a blend of technical expertise and strategic insight. His background in data science and software engineering enables him to bridge the gap between complex technical solutions and business objectives, driving innovation and scalability in dynamic environments.
